IF YOU NEED MONTHLY ASSISTANCE, PLEASE REQUEST YOUR APPOINTMENT IN ADVANCE.
Have your next appointment request submitted by the day of your existing appointment. This will ensure you are scheduled monthly. Due to an increased need, returning appointments are not guaranteed for the same week of your request.
*Remember, documents do not need submitted with each request, but your BRCOH# is required. (Account updates are only due upon changes to your household OR on the birthday month of your primary account holder.)
